We offer flexible membership tiers designed to fit your goals:
Online Options
Full-Service Online ($250/mo): Includes custom programming designed to meet you exactly where you’re at with weekly check-ins featuring video analysis of your lifts. You’ll also receive custom nutrition recommendations designed to help you achieve your specific health and performance goals.
Basic Online ($175/mo): Includes custom programming with weekly check-ins and video analysis.
Minimalist Online ($125/mo): Custom programming (no check-ins).
One & Done (1-time payment of $350): Pay for 17 weeks of programming ending in a peaking block designed to prepare you for meet day.
In-Person Options
Class 2x/week ($200/mo): Custom programming and in-person training 2x/week (Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm)
Small Group 2x/week ($400/mo): Custom programming 2x/week with a designated training time and no more than 4 ladies per group (optional 3rd day/week when you add on a 24/7 gym membership at the discounted rate of $49/mo) Pending schedule availability
Personal Training 2x/week ($700/mo): Custom programming 2x/week with a designated, one-on-one training time (optional 3rd day/week when you add on a 24/7 gym membership at the discounted rate of $49/mo) Pending schedule availability
Group Training
Our newest training option! ($150/mo with 4-month commitment, or month-to-month for $200/mo): This 17-week program includes a private Facebook group for all your questions and to celebrate wins and overcome hurdles along the way. It features access to once-a-month group workouts for hands-on form and technical training, and a program designed to have you platform ready to compete with the Foundations Fitness Team on May 2, 2026 at the USAPL Kansas Ladies of Iron.
